Uh, the tour just felt disorganized. We were rushed from place to place, and it didn’t really feel like there was a clear plan.

so the staff were friendly and answered my questions, which I appreciated. It did take a little longer than I expected to get everything sorted out, but everyone was polite and no one gave me any issues.

I booked a lake ride it pretty much confirmed what I was already worried about. The pickup time changed twice, and the updates came in really slowly, so we ended up just standing around waiting longer than expected. The driver was nice once he got there, but the whole pickup situation felt disorganized

I tried booking through Zip Lake Travis it was kind of a pain. The pages weren’t super clear, the steps felt a little all over the place, and by the end I wasn’t even sure if my reservation had actually gone through. I kept waiting for some kind of clear confirmation, but... yeah. Probably wouldn’t use it again.

I paid less then I thought I would and it all worked fine. Happy with it honestly...

The equipment was fine overall, not terrible, but not amazing either. Some of the gear looked sturdy and worked like it should, but a few pieces seemed kind of worn out and like they hadn’t been checked in a while. I feel like rental stuff is always a bit hit or miss, so maybe that’s just how it goes. It got the job done for what we needed, but for the price, I was expecting everything to be in a little better shape. I’d probably use them again, but only if I knew the gear was being looked over more carefully.

The wait was a bit long and the line moved slowly, but I still had a fun time. I figured it was worth sticking it out since we’d already planned to go, and I’m glad I did.

Our guide was really professional, but still really easy going, which I appreciated. He kept everyone organized without making it feel too strict or bossy, and he explained things in a way that was clear and easy to follow. There was a bit of waiting around at the beginning, just a small thing, but overall it was a good experience and I’d say it went really well.

I was feeling mentally drained when I got there, but the lake views were so nice. Just standing up there and taking it all in felt really calming. The views were unreal

I checked out ziplaketravis.com when I was looking for photo and video options around Lake Travis, it made the process easy. The previews were especially helpful because I could actually get a feel for what I was choosing, which is kind of what you want, right?
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because a few pages felt a little slow on my end, but maybe that was just me. Overall, it worked well, was easy enough to use, and helped me find what I needed

I thought this was going to be a lot more fun than it ended up being. That’s kind of on me for getting my hopes up, but still, it felt flat overall. It was over way too fast and never really gave me that exciting rush I was expecting. I’m sure some people might enjoy it, but for me, it was a letdown.

I felt mostly safe using ziplaketravis.com but I do wish they had clearer info about the safety rules and what to expect before you go. Nothing bad happened and the experience was okay just not explained as well as it could be. I’d give it 3 stars.

I really wasn’t expecting it to be this hard on the body. The climbing and just getting around took way more effort than I thought it would, and I was tired out quickly. There also wasn’t much support if you were having a tough time, which felt unnecessary. If you’re not already in good shape, I’d definitely think twice. For me, it ended up being more stressful than fun.

We went as a family and overall it was fine. The kids seemed to have a good time, which is the main thing I remember. I do vaguely remember getting confused by some of the info and having to ask around a bit, so that wasn’t ideal. Not a bad experience at all, but it could definitely be a little easier for parents trying to plan things with younger kids

The place just felt kind of dirty. The bathrooms especially were not clean at all, which really put me off. It also felt like the expectations kept changing, like one minute things were supposed to be taken care of and the next it was a different story. Frustrating overall.
